​HKAR-183, which was first published on 21 March 2012 and with the latest amendment on 8 September 2017, is aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of airworthiness management by approving persons to carry out airworthiness related activities.

Course Objectives
The training course aims to address the latest HKAR-183 amendment for designating persons to act as representatives of the Director-General in examining, inspecting and testing aircraft for the purpose of issuing aircraft reports in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of airworthiness management.
